I was able to get an appointment at short notice and the staff were great and very accommodating.
The massage involved feet (standing on my back), focusing on really deep lying sore muscles and tension release. Hot towels and rice-bags to help the process. Massage girl was accommodating in focusing on pain areas and conscious of too much pain & pressure. It was a customized massage. Felt very zen after.

Ok, I was suspicious, its on Gerrard Street, its called 'Elegant Studio', but it was £33 for 50 minutes which is pretty good value so I gave it a shot. Sure, the room was a little small and warm, with a picture of a window on the wall, but it was charming and oddly appealing in a poky kind of way. The masseuse was friendly and professional, and the massage sorted out my neck strains pretty well. This isn't the Aman Spa, but value for money you can't beat it. Would I go again? Yes I think I would, so thats a good thing!
