Very satisfied overall. Although this is a very busy facility where one feels to part of a mass-production process, the quality of massage was very good and given the price its a good value for money.

Value for money is great, however the massage was very strong and I am actually in some pain today from it. I enjoy quite a lot of pressure but she was extremely hard and when asked she didn't respond to being lighter. She also apologised about 5 times when she was pressing hard in a strange place and she could notice I was uncomfortable. Just overall not relaxing one bit.

The therapy room was right next to their stuff kitchen full of bangs and cluttering. Not peaceful atmosphere. My therapist was rather too quiet. She didn't ask any question. No 'how are you?' nor 'how much pressure would you like?'. I asked for Thai massage but it was more like deep tissue massage. It wasn't bad but it wan't what I expected.

I bought this massage for a friend for her birthday. Although she said it was enjoyable it was a very different kind of massage than the description indicated. Instead of a standard neck and shoulder massage it was a rather intense Thai massage. This should have been made clearer when booking.
