The overall experience with this place was pleasant:was easy to find, greeted nicely and the massage room was clean and comfortable. However, massage itself wasn't as relaxing as I would like it to be: I didn't feel like my muscles were worked on properly; the masseuse was mostly using her elbows to massage me and when she used fingers it didn't feel strong enough. In sum, I didn't feel like I got what i expect from massage. I will try to find a differnt place, I think.

I had a Thai therapist and the deep tissue massage was five star! As I like very firm massage, this is ideal for the de- knotting my achy back. The staff at reception is nice as always, and my therapist is excellent too.

I had a 30 minutes back & shoulder massage. I was pleased to get an 8.30pm appointment on the same day. I arrived slightly early and was seen around 10 minutes before my appointment. The room itself was clean but basic, they didn't have any music on. The massage itself was quite good but she did go quite hard on my lower back and I told her to ease of the pressure but she didn't, I'm not sure if she understood me well. After the treatment finished, I realised she only did 25 minutes massage only which i wasn't too impressed. After the massage, as I was dressing up, she knocked half way in and started to put the cloth on the table to dry. Which I thought was unprofessional. But the value of the massage is worth it but service could be better.

They were 30 min late. I had a mani pedi with shellac. Super happy with the fingernails and my feet except that the polish on my toes started to come of the same evening as I had them done. But super good staff and they know what they do.
