The staff was professional and very experience in providing a thorough deep tissue massage which managed to take away the ache from my neck, shoulder and back for the rest of the week. I will return for more treatments.

This was an awful experience mainly due to a booking error that was Treatwell's fault but the salon was also rude and unhelpful requiring me to come out of my massage after 10 minutes half dressed to call Treatwell to resolve an issue with another booking, trying to give my slot for that book to someone else while at the same time refusing to give me a refund, and finally charging me for 15 minutes of the massage I'd been called out of when I had only been in there for 10 minutes and reasonably shouldn't have been expected to pay for an interrupted, only just started massage at all.
