A non professional staff who didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. I didn’t feel any better. My wife called to speak to the manager to discuss about how unhappy I was with the service. He’s been passed on the message and called a few times but he’s not yet got back to me to return my calls.

It was a good experience as I was happy with my haircut. I would say the place can do with a bit of redecorating and a bigger board at the entrance. Lots of stairs and the lift didn't work
