The polish had an awful application. It hadn’t dried properly and when my artists checked if it had, she smudged multiple nails and didn’t fix it. She told me to go early when it wasn’t dry and multiple nails were badly smudged further. Really awful experience. It’s cheap for London but it isn’t even worth the £30 that I paid.

My gel nails weren’t properly cured so the polish is peeling off and I was charged an extra £3 for ‘nail repair’ of an acrylic they themselves applied in my previous appointment that had fallen off. The polish was applied very poorly and left a patchy and lumpy effect. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
