I would reallly appreciate a refund please. When I arrived, you seemed confuseed that I had an appointment for 12.30pm. I waited and you were going to be over 15 minute late which isn't fair for the customer. For example, if I arrived late to a hair appointment, I would be charged and unable to have my hair done. Same should apply. Please supply me with my 30 pound refund. Thanks.
