I’ve been here a few times and usually had a good experience, but today was disappointing. I was charged extra for French tips and chrome without a clear notice — nothing during booking, inconsistent pricing (£3.75 then £7), and no gesture of goodwill despite being a regular. Great nail work, but poor transparency left a bad impression
