A good wax. The salon could do with some updating.

I’ve had a Hollywood here before and loved it, so I didn’t mind paying extra as the atmosphere was usually relaxing and worth it. Sadly this time was very different. The beautician was lovely and chatty, but the wax was messy and I got home to find clumps left behind on my bikini area and legs (did not get my legs waxed). The lights were harsh and clinical, and the bed had old wax stuck to the sheet. Disappointed I won’t be returning.

poor french manicure. gel removal was difficult and I had several areas where the cuticle was bleeding and no proper removal of gels. the actual coverage of the nails was really poor and very messy finish. unsure how to complain, disappointing
