Manicure was less than adequate. Salon showed no sign of cleaning tools between clients. I was seen late. However by far the worst thing was being charged £41 because I booked through Treatwell when the salon would normally charge £23 for the exact same treatment. I’ll not be rising either the salon or Treatwell again.

£45 for a file & gel polish is insanely expensive, I thought I was booking a full ‘turn my hooves into sandal ready feet’ experience & was very disappointed to just get a file & polish, however good it was

I booked in for eyelash extensions removal. The process was painful. The technician spent the whole time tugging at my eyelashes that were coated in glue dissolver, which caused my eyes to open and the chemical to go into my eyes. I asked to get a patch test for getting a full set the next day and I was surprised to feel an extremely hot/burn dab be applied to my eyelid! They'd applied the lash adhesive to a cotton bud, which is a big no no! Cancelled as I felt staff were unknowledgeable
