After waiting for 10 minutes while they figured out if I had actually paid prior to coming the procedure started. Half way though I was told that I hadn’t paid for the correct treatment to what I needed (my first time getting these nails and the descriptions online we not very clear, the same description for three different procedures!) I had forgotten my purse that day so couldn’t ask for the proper treatmen. She proceeded to only take off the colour of my nail and leave it at that. My nails were a mess as the asatone she used had melted the extensions and she didn’t bother to use a file to beaten them, I’ve had to book an appointment with a different company that are going to do a much better job, appalled that someone could let a client leave like that.
Very impersonal
I arrived at 12:56 and was out at 13:14 having spent £33 and exchanged barely ten words
There was no greeting or consultation
I was literally led back and she started threading - very uncomfortable
The concept of the Japanese manicure is great but I am sure there should have been even a little pampering involved?
I felt like I wasn’t wanted there and my therapist really couldn’t be bothered
As someone who has managed spas all over the world for the last 12 years I was really disappointed there there was absolutely no service element
If you don’t like talking to people and are always in a rush, then this is the place for you, if you consider £33 reasonable for less than 20 minutes
If you are treating yourself you’d be better off elsewhere
