Poor hygiene: no gloves, mask not covering nose, double dipping into an old pot of wax, tweezers came out of a different room and were not sanitized in front of me. Treatment was rushed, instead of 55 minutes it took only 28. A lot of hair was missed in all areas, possibly because of poor lighting in the treatment area. There was no pressure applied to the freshly waxed area to help with pain. Lots of wax was left on my body and paper stuck to it. Avoid unless ready to touch up with an epilator.
