Kiran was very professional and gave me a call prior to the treatment, enquiring if I have recently had surgery, which I did.
The massage was lovely and was exactly what I needed as I dozed off towards the end. The hot stone element to the drainage massage was such a lovely bonus, especially when Kiran placed the warm stones onto my palms after realising how cold they were, due to poor circulation.

I had LVL lashes, awful from start to finish. Moulds wouldn’t stick in eye lids so she tried using sellotape which was something I have never experienced (clearly poor products in use). Unpleasant smell throughout. Left with copious amount of glue on eye lids and End of treatment to then see my eyelashes, which were left doubly bent over and crossed between themselves. Having to wait 6 weeks for them to grow out- everyone mentions how awful they look. Clearly inadequate training overall

Asked for polish, had shellac put on instead. Asked for a square round shape, lady did round. They only had 10 colour options for nails which they should have made clear when booking. Owner started a foot treatment then got busy and couldn’t finish due to another client so had to clean off myself. Overall, wasn’t a good service. Wouldn’t recommend and I now need to pay for someone to remove the shellac polish.
