This was very disappointing because the treatment room was untidy, unclean and in need of redecoration. There was no structure to the treatment as she flitted about between the facial and massage leaving the room several times during this. Do not go here and do not waste your money!

Had a 1 hour facial with Kiran and it was AMAZING. The creams were great and she also used hot stones which were very relaxing. Also used a device to remove blackheads. My skin felt incredible after and as it was my birthday she gave me complementary eyebrow shaping. Could not recommend enough. I will 100% be returning here in the near future. Excellent.

She was lovely but really not a great experience. After my facial I still had lots of product left on my face when I came downstairs. I booked a facial but also got a neck and shoulder massage which was asserted as part of the treatment. It wasn’t great just felt like she moved her hands up and down my body. Not a super relaxing atmosphere either as the YouTube playlist is constantly interjected with ads.
