just had a neck and shoulder massage, the young girl was excellent, left feeling totally relaxed

My eyebrow wax was good. However while getting my Hollywood wax the door to the treatment room was opened by another member of staff and I felt very exposed to the rest of the salon. The wax itself was poor and I was left having to sort it out myself at home as I was going on holiday and didn't have time to get to another salon.
