Somehow, Treatwell messed up and booked me in for an appointment two days after my requested day and so when I turned up the salon weren’t expecting me. Rather than turn me away, she really cheerfully and kindly put loads of effort in to squeezing me between existing appointments. Despite this, it was a really careful and thorough cut and I didn’t feel like it was rushed at all. I felt really welcome and I really love my hair. It was quite a dramatic cut. If I lived local I’d make it my regular salon but I was only visiting the area. Fantastic service all round! Thank you.
