super friendly staff was made to feel really welcome and given a cup of tea too!
The treatment itself was ok, not the best I've had but not the worst either. lovely therapist very smiley and welcoming. However I realised afterwards that a few areas had been missed unfortunately but was away for work so was unable to go back in to inform them in person. I would go back to them based on the welcome.
I liked the spa and the therapist was very knowledgeable however the facial was very fast. In the past when I've jqd a facial I've always had a facial massage but this time the therapist mentioned as she did extractions it wasn't advisable to do it.
Which was unusual as they always do a facial massage after extractions.
The mask left like it was left on for 5 mint rather than 10 mint.
The lights in the room was very bright which wasn't very relaxing and the therapist kept opening the cupboards getting products and left the room a few times to get water.
Overall I enjoyed it and my skin did feel nice afterwards but not having a facial massage and not having q relaxing environment made me abit disappointed.
