Rita was wonderful. Took the time to explain the pros and cons of my leg wax treatment as it was my first time. She consistently checked I was OK and not in too much pain (I wasn't, thankfully!)
Don't be put off by the shoddy exterior or the reception - Your treatment is done in another room with relaxing music and decorated nicely.
This place is excellent value for money, and I would recommend!
