The therapist was very friendly and knowledgeable, and carried out the treatment without fault.
The place was a little strange as it seems like a school, however once in the treatment room, it is just like any average beauty salon.
The receptionist was not friendly at all, and seemed a bit clueless. I would have given 5 stars for Staff if it had only been the therapist.
I would go back again as the treatment itself was good and very good value, with the off-peak price of £14.

The room for the treatment was nice - although the building you walk into is a bit run down and unwelcoming looking - and the treatment itself was lovely. My masseur asked me how the pressure was and was very good at concentrating on the areas where I had most tension.
My only small complaint was that the first thing the masseur said to me was "we tried calling you this morning" before saying hello or anything else. I had seen the missed the call but no message was left.
Also, there was a ticking clock in the treatment room which wasn't exactly great for ambience!
