I was very happy with Rachel, who did my manicure and pedicure. She did a great job and I had a good time with her and she was the only good thing about the visit. Having never been to ELBA before, I was surprised when I found out the manicures and pedicures were done in a makeshift station right by the front door while a staff member discussed students payments and assignments audibly right behind. I'm glad it was a warm day as my bare feet did already get chilly. I'm afraid I will not be returning here, as nice as Rachel was, and would not recommend ELBA for a relaxing visit.
