DO NOT book to have your nails done here!!!! I paid for gel extensions and they came off within a day of having them on!! I asked for a refund because I was going on holiday the following day and didn’t have time to go back in and they refused to provide me with one (manager was very rude and told me it was my fault and then hung up on me!!!) Bad experience overall. I have rated staff 2 stars because the nail lady was very nice (albeit didn’t put nails on correctly given they came off within 4 hours, I also didn’t receive any kind of manicure eg cuticles, only extensions) but the manager was very rude. I would avoid at all costs if you don’t want to waste your time and money!!!!

Riya was fast! I like the wax they used, it didnt pull the skin. The treatment was almost pain free. Will come back.
