The booking process was easy. El texted me the day before to ask if I could bring cash which was fine and the advanced notice was appreciated. El was really friendly and easy to talk to and the ear candling was exactly as expected. El explained what was going to happen at each stage though so if it had been my first time that would have been reassuring.
