Lovely therapist and a really excellent wax. Quality of the wax was obvious as no bumps or redness. All hairs removed completely. Only point why I can’t give the full 5 stars is that I would personally prefer not double dipping, I have read up and there’s mixed opinions so don’t let it put you off if you haven’t found yourself somewhere to get a good wax (because this is one of the best I’ve had) but for me you can only be 100% sure of cleanliness when there’s no double dipping - so that would be my recommendation for improvement :)
