In short, Elaina is amazing and very good at what she does! I have been having monthly Hollywood waxes since 2013 in different salons and when I moved to Vauxhall a bit more than a year ago I was extremely happy when I found Eliana. Her waxing is super quick and relatively pain free (and it is even better if I have managed to not shave between waxes). I am a happy customer!

The staff were lovely, helpful and welcoming. However, the Hollywood wax was by far the most painful I've ever experienced (I've had a Hollywood wax ~7-8 times)! The beautician applied the wax to far too large an area especially in the inner regions, and could only rip it off after 4 tries! The wax was also a bit too hot at times, making the application quite uncomfortable. I was pleased with the result, the venue and the staff, but unfortunately the actual waxing experience was a no-go for me.
