I had the worst experience ever in this salon! From the moment I stepped in, I got charged an extra £5 for removing simple, half already removed, nail polish. Colours were missing, the lady was rude, she didn't want to let me try on a colour to see how it looks, lots of pressure mentioning that she doesn't have time. When you are a customer, they need to treat you as a customer. They make you feel in this salon that they are doing you a favour and you can't say a word or complain. The lady did my nails, some areas are not even painted. Other areas, are lighter in colour and the rest darker. She should have applied one more coat when the colour is not thick enough. And when I asked for one nail to have a different colour, NOT A PATTERN, just a simple different colour, she said more charges will apply again as it considered as a pattern!!!!!! Totally disappointed!
