felt welcome as soon as i arrived i had a wash cut and blowdry the wash was very nicely done plenty of good product used.I was offered a hot drink.My hair was cut blowdried and curled with the straighteners was a great experience five stars Thank you

The service didn’t happen. I called the salon had been told the lady wasn’t there today and the booking system was still on by mistake. I’ve been calling many times and still they haven’t cancelled from their end. Really bad experience still not cancelled from the end so no refund issued.
