Elisabeth was a lovely lady and did a great haircut. HOWEVER, be prepared for your appointment to be 30mins late! If it was because it was busy and appointments were running over I would’ve been annoyed but understood. However, I was their first appointment and they were late because they “thought they started later.” Not because of anything valid like traffic etc. Such an easy thing to double check in the morning! Won’t be going back unfortunately even though they did a good haircut
