Reflexology has a therapeutic effect on mind and body by stimulating and relaxing reflex points in the feet. Reflexology is deeply calming and balancing.

The Well Natural Health Centre is within walking distance from the High Street in Kings Heath. Parking on road or at affordable public pay and display carpark on Institute Road.
