I arrived late (after calling), and was made to wait another 15mins without this being communicated with me. I understand that I was the late one originally but communicating is still a requirement, especially if it is a working day appointment. The nail technician was friendly but could have worked a bit more efficiently. The deluxe pedicure was okay but for that price I expected a better experience and cleaner finish.
