I visited this nail salon and had a very disappointing experience, primarily due to the unprofessional behavior of the receptionist, Reshma. Upon arrival, I was asked to pick a colour. When I showed Reshma my choice, she abruptly dismissed me, stating it was a gel colour and not regular nail polish. I tried to explain that I have previously achieved the desired result by using two different layers of color. However, she continually interrupted me, cutting off my sentences multiple times

I came in to get my nails done for my graduation. Unfortunately it’s like a factory of women being moved along a conveyor belt - there’s no customer service. The staff act like you’re inconveniencing them by being there (muttering under their breaths and rushing your nails). My nails started bubbling and they needed to be redone 3 times. I was meant to be there for 20 mins but it took over an hour and a half. It was very slap dash - the sides and ends of my nails weren’t even painted
