Unfortunately, I’m not happy with the shellac removal. My nails now have visible scratches and feel weakened. The service felt rushed, and I believe this may have contributed to the damage.

Not so great this time, she used the nail file too strong and now all my nails underneath the acrylic are cut , honestly very painful :(
