I had to get my hand nails done in the pedicure chair, without being able to rest my hands properly and having to twist my back to have my nails painted. Moreover, the Deluxe manicure treatment was not what was advertised in the web: manicure + paraffin treatment + a hand massage. The paraffin treatment was replaced by a cheap collagen glove and the massage was less than 1 minute, if so. I basically paid £30 for a normal manicure and an aching back. The receptionist didn't even apologise.
