I paid for a luxury treatment and I still didn't understand what luxury means for them. The pedicure was terrible,I was supposed to get out of there with soft feet before leaving for holidays and I had to redo the pedicure at home the same evening. I couldn't even relax during the treatment as it was painful thanks to the rude touch of the technician. Also, the shellac from hands came up after three days, shellac on my feet after 5 days. Too expansive compared to the service they offer. Terrible

The payment woman was very unhelpful again, this has been the forth visit and every time its the support staff who let the salon down . its over priced for the attuide they are not the only nail bar on Portobello and the manager has no interest in customers feedback
