I booked dipping powder nails and they forgot or didn’t check that I had booked manicure to go with it too - I wasn’t charged for it at the end so I didn’t bring it up. Staff is nice and ambience lovely but sometimes feels rushed.

No communication on shape and length of nails and I left with unevenly shaped nails. Nails not painted to the cuticle or sides so it looks messy and uneven.

I booked my appointment in the morning on Saturday and when I got there I saw that every single sit in the salon was taken so it was massively busy. Still I got attended by 2 technicians who made absolutely sure that my nails looks magnificent. In fact I believe it was by far the best manicure of my life. I did the dipping powder ones with chrome shellac coverage. It has been 3 days and I can stop looking at them! Thank you guys - I will definitely come back to see you again.
