I had two technicians they switched half way through the manicure but there was no explanation why, the first person was male he didn’t speak English so he couldn’t understand what color I wanted and he cut my finger with the clippers I think he was new. the lady who took over could speak English and did a great job except for one nail that the gel bled onto and is now lifting only two days later
