I arrived late (after calling), and was made to wait another 15mins without this being communicated with me. I understand that I was the late one originally but communicating is still a requirement, especially if it is a working day appointment. The nail technician was friendly but could have worked a bit more efficiently. The deluxe pedicure was okay but for that price I expected a better experience and cleaner finish.

My nails hurt atm and the technician was so rough she made my finger bleed. Was my second time here so definitely not as good an experience as the first.
