It was the second time I went and I really enjoyed the first. However this time it was way too busy and it felt like they were overbooked, started my treatment with someone that didn’t know what they were doing until the person I had booked freed up and started doing my right hand, while someone else was doing my left one to be faster (overwhelming imo) and I got a lifting on 3 nails not even two weeks in getting the BIAB done

This time my BIAB wasn’t as good, it took nearly 2 hours for the lady to finish - too long - and the nails chipped and were not as great. Slightly disappointed but the other ladies were great
