Always great. If they are busy might be a bit slow at getting started ie sitting with your feet in the warm water for a little too long whilst they finish with other clients. But the results are always great and worth the wait.

I was very excited for my appointment as I have a concert and family event this week so wanted to treat myself to a shellac manicure (w nail art) but was not the experience i was looking for. Although I was grateful to be seen before my appointment, my manicure was underwhelming (especially for the price) as the nail art was messy and not what i expected.
