This was the most bizarre experience I’ve had at a nail salon (I go at least once a month). First, I was waiting for 30 minutes until I finally asked when they could start. The therapist asked me to pick colours and then she said she’d choose one for me (disregarding the colours I had chosen). When I said I didn’t like the colour she chose, she started screaming in my face and telling me it was pink so I should be happy (even though it wasn’t the correct shade). She refused to do another colour
