The lighting downstairs is really poor and no air conditioning so was getting very stuffy. When I got to examine the pedicure under proper lighting, it was poorly done. The technician only spent 35mins when the appointment was supposed to be 50mins. I wouldn’t question this if the end result was good. Technician was lovely but standard of the work is very poor and not worth the £48, I won’t be returning.

Gel nail removal. Didn’t use an electric file which I prefer, and shaped and buffed my nails afterwards. Really pleasant studio and staff are lovely.
