About 20 min wait before my appointment start time and the polish colour choices weren’t great. The service was fine. I left before my threading - won’t return.

Really rushed and not done well. Person walked off when they were done without saying anything to me so sat there not knowing if I could leave or not!

I had booked for a gel removal and express shellac. technician brought to my attention that she had accidentally started a full manicure. After I said I didn’t want to pay more for this treatment, she didn’t finish the manicure so one hand has trimmed cuticles and the other doesn’t. The shellac is patchy and doesn’t reach the sides of my nails. The manager asked me to re-pay and then she would refund me so they wouldn’t have to pay for any Treatwell fees. Cleanliness was OK. Won’t go again
