No point paying for a more senior technician they just put you with whoever is free next. BIAB was okay, but no cuticle care as I get offered in other places included in price, no engagement from the technician and no asks on checking the shape at certain points to make sure I was happy, I had to initiate that and point out all the areas where the shape was uneven. It was okay, but I have far superior experiences in other salons for the same end result so won’t be returning

Friendly staff. After Biab removal, I had my nails cut. Horrible filing technique, my nails don’t look good. Wonky shapes and have filed down to the core, even beyond they should’ve. have to wait for them to grow out :(
