This was my first microneedling session and Lauren made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. She explained everything clearly, was mindful of my nerves, and even gave me a stress ball to help me relax - so thoughtful! The salon was spotless and smelt amazing. The entire experience was incredibly professional yet warm and welcoming. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lauren to anyone looking to treat themselves to some well-deserved self-care and pampering.
