I booked in for a full face wax. Upon arrival I was told eyebrows where not included. This should have been specified in the booking. I had to pay an additional £12. Overall great place but Treatwell description misleading.

Best wax I’ve ever had! She was so careful and precise and it didn’t hurt at all, it was actually very relaxing. Would highly recommend, I will be coming back!

I unded up with rashes and extremely irritated skin because she used hot wax and then said that for some reason it would not pick up my hair that well, so used strips on the whole area that had already been treated with the hot wax. After the whole double waxing experience, I was still left with quite a bit of hair. Not even talking about the pain. I have been getting this procedure done for years and I know it's not a normal practice. I will not comeback and wouldn't recommend it.
