The waiting space is very bright and clean. I was seen quickly. The woman who did the wax was lovely and quick - it was about average on the pain scale. The treatment room wasn't as nice as you would hope - it was a bit dark, had lots equipment and didn't look hugely clean but it was fine. Overall I was happy with the service.
