The booking process was a nightmare to begin with, already putting me off! I asked for 10am, I then got a phone call asking to change it to midday. Then, a few days later Treatwell called me and left a voicemail to change it AGAIN (to 10:45). Unfortunately I was working away from home and didn't have time to reply to the two voicemails I got. Then, the night before my appointment I had to call them to actually find out when it was! The girl had no idea what I was talking about and wasn't very helpful. She then asked if I could do 11:45 and I said no. I finally got 10:15... Phew! When I showed, there were three members of staff and NO CUSTOMERS. Why couldn't I get 10am? I found out they opened at 10am also, so I don't understand why I couldn't have my initial appointment and why it was so messed up!
The appointment was OK. The girl who washed my hair was lovely and the hair dresser was quite nice. At first I felt self-conscious as the hairdresser picked on certain things i do with my hair; the shampoo I use, how often I wash it etc. I just wanted a hair cut, not a guilt trip! Plus, I'm not getting my hair cut because it's already perfect...! I'm also confused that my doctor was considered "wrong" for suggesting I use gentle products for a sensitive hair-loss condition and I should instead use the strong, chemical-based ones that the staff are clearly on commission for!
All in all, I loved the final look with my blow-dry but I'd prefer less guilt tripping and a better booking service!

Really great value and fantastic blow dry. The hairdresser did exactly what I asked for in terms of volume and style. I would definitely recommend EGG and will go back.

The staff were very friendly and I was very happy with my blow dry. My only slight criticism is an admin one - I was charged twice for the blow dry but Wahanda are sorting it out for me. I would definitely recommend EGG for blow dries and will go back .

Had my hair blow-dried by the head stylist who was fantastic, really chatty, and very good at what she does. My hair still looks as it did on Friday 4 days later!
