Absolutely fantastic experience. The therapy room was beautiful and relaxing. Ju is absolutely lovely and was professional, considerate and warm. Both my massage and facial were exceptional.

Hygiene wise, it wasn’t up to par with other places I’ve been to. An old used nail file was used on me, I would’ve thought they couldve used a new one for every client… There weren’t many colours to choose from. Same tools used over and over and thrown into the same cleaning solution. My nails lasted for 2 weeks. It’s unfortunate because the therapist was very nice, but the service wasn’t worth it in my opinion.

Wonderful massage. I got there and talked with Ju about issues Ihad and she suggested a deep tissue rather than hot stone. It was a fantastic massage and really worked on all the areas I had highlighted. I would definitely go back, Ju is brilliant!

I cannot emphasise strongly enough how much of a good experience I had with Ju. This was my second time getting a Hollywood wax here, and it was just as good. The care and attention Ju took - taking out hairs from their roots rather than tearing, making sure I felt comfortable - made it such a good experience. Last time my wax took weeks to grow back, and when it did it was soft baby hairs. My best waxing experience yet.
