I needed a simple refill…Went to (3) different salons in Angle….All (3) practically refused even to look at my hands to see the work that would be needed. Then by pure chance walking home found Effulgent Nails. Immediately they said they had appointments available!! Very friendly very welcoming!! As I’m from overseas….they WILL be my go to Nail Salon. Thank you for saving my day…and my nails❤️❤️ No fuss Salon….in and out you go . Needless to say I was so happy with the service.
