I usually go to a place near where I live which is cheaper but I now choose to go to Effulgent Beauty as the attention to detail is amazing. You definitely get your moneys worth as Ju takes time and care to make sure your eyebrows are perfect and even gives advice on where to grow certain parts to make sure they match
