This was my first visit to the salon. As with many of us I had booked hair and beard. Unfortunately I was required to take an urgent telephone call unexpectedly that took up 15 minutes or more. The barber was extremely helpful and understanding and allowed me to rebook my beard shave for the following day. At the last minute I was feeling quite unwell. I am a disabled adult and again I was permitted to return 2 days later. I have had a great haircut and a fabulous wet shave. Thank you so much. C
